Of course I liked it
I’ve seen the original Dexter series, all seasons, and I admit I hated it, more than once. I watched New Blood and thought it was okay. Like many other fans, I found the Freudian ending, well, ridiculous.
Maybe it’s because of the familiar characters
This prequel is much better so far in my opinion. I think it’s great that everyone is back and the series isn’t far from what we expected in that regard. Right down to Deb’s vulgar mouth and Masuka’s signature laugh.
No, I’m not giving away any spoilers
If you’re reading this review, you’ve already watched the trailers multiple times and marked this date on your calendar. For me, the show has become more and more exciting as time has gone on. I’m looking forward to the remaining episodes!
