Arrogant judge Stefan Mortensen suffers a near-fatal stroke that leaves him partially paralyzed and ends up in a nursing home. Resisting the staff and distancing himself from his kind roommate, Mortensen soon encounters a seemingly meek resident, Dave Creeley, who is secretly terrorizing the house with a sadistic game called The Jenny Penn Rule. brandishing his dementia doll as an instrument of cruelty. What begins as a child’s torment quickly turns into much more sinister and disturbing incidents. When Mortensen’s pleas to the staff go unanswered, he takes it upon himself to put an end to Creeley’s terror.
